18k Rutilated Quartz Signet Ring with Pave Diamonds & Sapphires

Solid 18k white gold signet ring with a cabochon rutilated quartz. There is a cabochon cut rutilated quartz in the center with diamonds and yellow sapphires graduated in color from white diamonds to yellow and orange sapphires. Immaculate condition and looks like new. This ring is currently a size 6 and can be resized.
